Free sunset concerts at Bayfront Park

The free monthly concert series, hosted by DWNTWN, is completely free and open to the public. The concerts will take place at Bayfront Park's Tina Hills Pavilion (close to the Intercontinental Hotel).
Concerts are scheduled for November 13, January 8, February 12, March 12 and April 9 presented by Miami DDA and John S. & James L. Knight Foundation. Scheduled artists include Nicole Henry (performing with the South Florida Jazz Orchestra), Bachaco, SafetySuit, PALO! and Laura Izibor.
Music starts at 5:30 p.m. each date, and food and drinks will be available for listeners. Bring a friend, your listening ears and a few bucks for a drink at the sunset happy hour.
With a drink in your hand, a free concert and a beautiful sunset by the bay, your stress will melt away.
To avoid crazy parking, consider taking the city's free Metromover if you're already downtown.

Bayfront also usually has a FREE New Years Eve celebration, complete with a stunning fireworks display. You can purchase drinks and food at the party. They even light up the Intercontinental Hotel with the New Years Eve countdown.
