During the entire month of May, enjoy a three-course $23 lunch or $36 dinner at a selection of the classiest Miami restaurants. Miami Spice, usually warming up diners for winter, is breaking out for its first spring event.

Make a reservation, and once you get there let the staff know you'll want the Miami Spice Menu. The $23 lunch and $36 dinner don't include tax or gratuity.

View all participating restaurants here. South Beach restaurants include The Forge, Emeril's Miami Beach, B.E.D., Barolo Ristorante, Smith & Wollensky, The Restaurant at The Setai, Shula's Steak House and Tantra Restaurant and Lounge.

Restaurants in the southern Miami (Brickell/Downtown, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables) include The Capital Grille, Novecento, Red Fish Grill, Ortanique on the Mile, Por Fin Restaurant, Cacao Restaurant, La Palma Ristorante, Pascal's on Ponce, among others.

North of town you can dine at Chef Allen's, North One 10, Grass Restaurant & Lounge, Bourbon Steak, Michy's, El Gran Inka and more.

To see what each restaurant has to offer, view the participating restaurants page, and click on the restaurant of your choice. For example, La Palma Ristorante will participate for lunch Monday though Friday only, but will participate for dinner daily. The selective menus will include several choices for appetizers, the entree and dessert.

For a Miami Spice La Palma dinner, you choose an appetizer of eggplant parmesan, thinly sliced salmon with oil and lemon or a salad with arugula, cheese, pear, fig and the Chef's special dressing.

Entree items are sautéed veal scallops with asparagus, grilled New Zealand baby back rack of lamb, homemade ravioli with lobster meat filling, or a fresh dolphin filet sautéed with shrimp, mussels, clams, tomato and basil. For dessert, try the chocolate soufflé or crème brûlée with fresh berries.

Miami Spice is presented by Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
