Whether you're in Corpse Pose, Child's Pose, or Warrior 3, yoga promises to improves your health and strength your spiritual center.

Enjoy free yoga in Bayfront Park with a certified Yoga instructor. (Yes, something is free in Miami!) Get in shape, hang out by the bay, and meet like-minded Miamians. Head to the Tina Hills Pavilion at the park's south end to stretch all your tension away. Classes take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:15 p.m. and Saturdays 9-10:15 a.m. 

Registration is first-come, first-serve, so be a little early to make sure you get a spot in the class. The instructor will decide when a class has reached its maximum size. .

Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water for an exhilarating yoga session by the bay. Remember to wear comfy clothing. All skill levels are welcome — come if you're a beginner or an expert.

Rain can't even ruin this parade — in the event of bad weather, classes will take place in the Bayfront Park office.

You must be at least 18 to participate, and you will have to sign a waiver before the class begins.

Parking is available in metered spots or in parking garages nearby. If there is another event downtown, such as a Miami Heat game, festival, or concert, parking can be tricky. Consider public transportation — click here for Metrorail and Metromover routes and schedules.
