Located on prestigious Collins Avenue on South Beach, The Setai is pure class.  If you can't afford to spend the night in one of their luxurious rooms, you'll at least want to stop by for a bite at the Pool & Beach Bar

Open daily for breakfast and lunch, this 90-foot beachfront bar does not disappoint. The Asian influences offer a tranquil South Beach scene, and the Mediterranean cuisine attracts locals and visitors alike.

The $20 seared scallop appetizer is a good way to start your meal.  Other starters include sea bass ceviche with tequila and cilantro, wood grilled artichokes and smoked salmon, $13 to $25.

Sandwiches vary from $14 to $18, and intriguing choices like a vegetarian wrap, Cuban roast pork sandwich, the grilled black angus burger, a Wagyu hot dog and a BLT with chicken will have your mouth watering.

If you're enjoying lunch with several friends, you may consider ordering the Grand Plateau. It feeds four, and you can munch on a 1.5-pound whole lobster, eight oysters, eight mussels, eight blue crab claws, eight boiled shrimps, eight clams, two stone crab claws and two king crabs for $160.

Try the catch of the day — grilled mahi-mahi, blue-fin tuna, yellow tail snapper, or Branzino, $32 to $38. Pizzas are delicious, and big enough for two to share. Sides include French fries, grilled eggplant, roasted garlic potatoes, salad and more.

Others entrées also make a splash: chimichurri skirt steak, linguini, herb-roasted chicken with wild mushrooms, grilled lamb, mussels steeped in curry, an assorted seafood Bouillabaisse and prosciutto with olive oil, cheese, and shaved truffles.

Indulge your sweet tooth with desserts like apple tart, lemon tart, crème brûlée, fromages (cheeses), and red fruit steeped in Strawberry Jus Pink champagne. Dessert prices range from $10 to $16.

An 18 percent gratuity is added to all checks. The Setai is managed by GHM, and their  locations can be found all over the world.
