BEWARE: They will lie and take advantage of you!OFFENDING PARTY: Reuben Garcia - Manager of Service - Grand Prize Chevrolet, Miami, FLOCCURRENCE: I brought my car in for service and before I could leave, I was asked to sign a form. This was not optional and I was not allowed to challenge what was on the form, so I made sure I specified that I would like a call before the work was done so I can make a decision if I wanted to proceed or not. However, when I did get the call, the work was already done. In addition, the total cost of the part was $2. The total bill? Near $70. Rip-off? Of course! But most importantly, I am disgusted by the unethical business dealings of this company and the inconsiderate response I received from Reuben Garcia when I alerted him of my complaint. He had the audacity to say that they COULD have charged me more according to the paper they made me sign. So in other words, I should shut up and be grateful!
