Horrible service and lies I booked the moving services of this company last 23-FEB-07 for the moving date 20-MAR-07 @ 9AM, they even came to my home and gave me an estimation.
On March 13, 2007 I phoned them to confirm the moving date and they told me that everything was ok on schedule.
On March 20, 2007 (the moving date) they did not arrive at 9AM, then at 9:15AM I phoned them (305 285 9760) in order to know when they will arrive, they confirmed that the truck should arrive soon and the truck driver would call me to inform me the exact time.
At around 9:40AM I phoned the office again to tell them that I have not received the call from the driver and they told me that he should call anytime.
After not receiving the call from the driver, at around 10AM, I phoned the office several times, but they did not answer…
At around 10:30AM the driver finally called me and told me that they will be arriving at around 1PM because the truck was broken, I explained them that I could not start the moving at that time because my building code does not allow to do it, so they told me that they can do it the following day, which it was unacceptable for me because I have already took the day off in my job, I booked the service elevators in my old and new buildings and of course I have booked the moving with them about a month ago, he told me that he will try to find another truck…and never call me again, until…
11:30AM when the driver call me and told me: “I am from the moving company, we are in your house, this picture in the wall should be moved as well?”..of course they were not in my house, they call me by mistake, the truck was not broken and they were doing other moving instead of mine.
Well, I believe a move is a very stressful situation and they make it even worse, all prospective customers should be aware of the horrible service that they provide.
