Cooperative Charter School Reviews

This school is a great school. every school has it ups and downs. but as a parent, i find this school to be a learning school and a school where you will feel comfortable leaving your child. my child never was taught pledge of allegiance. now that my child is at cooperative, my child not only know the pledge of allegaince, but not the black noational anthem and the preamble of the constitution. this is amazing because my child is only in 2 nd grade. as a parent, i am shame to say i dont know the constutution but if i want to know i ask my child. when my child came home and told me they learned something new, i cried. but it was tears of joy and hapiness. i will reccomend anybody to this school. the principal/ assst, principal are wonderful, energetic and smart people. thats make difference!

This school does not know how to handle children properly, and on occasion went without enough lunch for all the students. They focused on the music program more than the children's overall education, and the summer camp/school program had parents paying for field trips etc. and they didn't go anywhere worth [the money] for the month, going to sing in front of people is not a real fieldtrip.
